PortableX@ is the world's first of its kind portable dual-energy radiography device (weighted approx. 18 lbs) designed to address the unmet needs in the “point-of-care” solutions, global aging population and emerging markets. It offers unparalleled benefits of portability, affordability, high-quality imaging and low radiation dose. It is well-suited for small clinics, small offices, site/field use, and mobile health. Multipurpose functions include applications of digital radiography (DR), fluoroscopy, and/or Dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA) for extremities (capable of imaging shoulder to fingertip, and below the hip to toes) and animal imaging.

We anticipate use of the product set in medical (such as portable radiography, dentistry, osteoporosis, orthopedics, pediatrics, nursing home, sport medicine, trauma/first responder, emergence room, walk-in clinics, military, and mobile health), veterinary (small clinics and site/field use), and industrial non-destructive testing (NDT) applications.
